    Kaedah quasi-Newton digunakan dengan meluas untuk menyelesaikan masalah pengoptimuman tak berkekangan. Kaedah yang paling popular dalam kaedah quasi-Newton adalah kaedah BFGS dan juga keluarga Broyden. Penumpuan kaedah quasi-Newton bergantung kepada tiga faktor iaitu saiz langkah, arah carian dan juga penghampiran kepada Hessian.

    An efficient method for determining all the extreme points of function with one variable

    An algorithm for determining all the extreme and inflection points to one variable multi-modal global optimization problems is presented. The algorithm is directly suitable for a class of problems of commonly used in solving the global optimization problems. The algorithm is the combination of the filled function's algorithm and Inner Iteration algorithm, called IRH's algorithm, in which Inner Iteration algorithm works at the domain which is usually ignored by filled function's algorithm.

    Providing reliable and efficient services are primary goals in designing a web server cluster (WSC). Data replication techniques can be used to improve the reliability of the system. One of the techniques is Neighbor Replica Distribution Technique (NRDT). Domain Name Server (DNS) is one of the software used for managing request information from users.
