The ECER Master Plan approved by the Malaysia government in 2008 has become the blueprint that guides the development of ECER until 2020. The high impact progranmmes and projects aim to decrease the socio-economic inequalities, eliminate poverty, and improve the income and wealth distribution in a sustainable manner.
