dc.description.abstractThis research aims to test the relationship between port construction development and the impucts of economic, social and environmental from new perspective. Study was conducted in Kampung Rancha-Rancha and Liberty Port Management Sdn Bhd with the sample of II 0 respondents from the month of October 20 J 5 until December 20 I 5. Convenient sampling technique was used for the research survey: furthermore, the variables in the model were measured using SPSS Software. Major findings concluded that positive relationship exists between port construction development and the impacts or economic, social and environmental so it means the port construction development hns an impacts on economic. social and environmental. The research will contribute to environmental impacts assessment (EIA) as the major focus for the Department of Environment (DOE) to work extensively in order to achieve sustainability and measure the impacts or socioeconomic and environmental towards port construction development at Rancha-Rancha State.
