dc.description.abstractAs Malaysia climbs the ladder of the development, the emphasis on human capital becomes even more important in organization. The objectives of this research are to propose a new Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in multicriteria decision making and to apply the proposed process in (ranking the indicators of) human capital evaluation. AHP is a theory based on decision making technique which is the complex problems can be handled through the simple and comprehensible hierarchical structures.en_US
