Abstract
Rice is the staple food for most of the people in the world and also basic food for Malaysian. Currently, Malaysia imports 30% of the total rice from foreign countries to meet self-sufficient level of Malaysian. The issue of food safety is a very important issue and needs to be emphasized all the time.
