    Modeling the multigroup moderator-mediator on motivation among youth using structural equation modeling (SEM)

    This study aimed to evaluate the factors used for develop a best model of multigroup moderator-mediator effect on motivation among youth in higher education institution towards volunteerism program. The data were collected through questionnaires distributed at four higher education institution. This questionnaire is constructed based on five dimension which is motivation, benefits, government support, barrier and challenges.
