    Intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process in human capital evaluation

    As Malaysia climbs the ladder of the development, the emphasis on human capital becomes even more important in organization. The objectives of this research are to propose a new Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in multicriteria decision making and to apply the proposed process in (ranking the indicators of) human capital evaluation. AHP is a theory based on decision making technique which is the complex problems can be handled through the simple and comprehensible hierarchical structures.
