dc.description.abstractDiscipline is systematic instruction given to students to train them as students, or any other activities that they are supposed to perform, or to follow a particular code of conduct or "order". Often, the phrase "discipline" carries a negative connotation. This is because enforcement of order. That is, ensuring instructions are often controlled by the sentence carried out. The purpose of discipline is to bring out uniformity in the work to achieve common goals and to understand each other by sharing a common goal. Methodology will consist firstly by analyzing published sources and unpublished as a guide to the commanding officer of management behavior and maintain discipline among the cadets, military courtesy and discipline and journals have been associated with this case study. Survey question will consist of four parts which will help in the evaluation of the knowledge level of discipline among seamen, government agencies and maritime students and will also help to rate the importance of participation in discipline awareness of discipline, proper discipline, the purpose of discipline, principles of effective discipline and characteristics of the discipline. address based on observation of their workplace or place of study on the quality of the practice of the discipline, the ability of the following order, punctuality and wearing formal clothes or uniforms when going to work or class .en_US
