This paperwork entitled 'A case study of perception of seafaring jobs among secondary school students in Kuala Terengganu' is made in conjunction to the hypothesis whether the shortage of seafarer worldwide is correct. To measure the scope of study, it is also put into the consideration the regional trends and divisions between senior officers, junior officers and ratings, and measures to improve the recruitment in the traditional maritime areas.
