| Abstract: | A study was carried out on the navigation equipment installed on board RV Discovery at Kay Marine Sdn Bhd at Seberang Takir, Kuala Terengganu. Justification of this study is to ensure that all the navigation equipment installed on board is suitable to use by Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT) student related to their subject. The efficiency of the navigation equipment on board RV Discovery could not be test because of her could not get the sea trial. All the navigation equipment will be observed and the information of this equipment will be taking during ship visit. The suitability of all navigation equipment on board was look based on their main function during voyage. |
