Abstract: T erengganu is one of the state in Malaysia that known as a popular tourist destination in Malaysia Based on State Tourism Development Plan (2009-2013), the vision is to make state government as the State Tourism Destination and Source of State Economic Growth. There are seven types of popular beaches in Terengganu, but only two types of beaches are chosen that is Kelulut Beach and Batu Burok Beach. The selection of the two beaches is to compare the factor selection by the visitors and the impact of tourism and development carried out on the beach. Studies of human activities that could affect the beach are conducted through observation and the beach profile while the effect of sediment carried out by analyzing the sediment. The questionnaire is to determine the characteristics of beach tourist attractions. Observations is to determine the number of visitors at onetime and the activities. Every sampling methodology each carried out in May 2010, November 2010 and January 2011.
