There is a significant change on the swamp ecosystem due to increasing water level, salinity, temperature decrease and structure changing. Marine fishes such as Liza subviridis and also estuarine fishes such as Trichogaster trichopterus were the most dominant species can be found here. Other rare species is Glossogobius sp.
