Abstract: Economic development theory and model can be sinonim to the growth aspect which includes the rate increasing in GDP, generate investment, generate income and creation opportunity job in various economic scope. Economic development model which is take into account the economic growth, education and health can be one of the development's agenda NevertheJess, there are less emphasized from gender diversification in measure the economic development. From gender side, it show that women involvement in economic development activities are seriously highlighted and jts has open the opporturuty to them to find income outside from house. Objective of this paper work is to recognize either employment's amount, unemployment and life expectancy based on gender diversification be able to influence countries economic development or not. Studied from T.Subramanain and N.Logananthan (2006) find that education achievement's influence based on gender have a closed related with the pattern Malaysian economic growth. Meanwhile, results from Latifah M.N ( 1998) studied indicate that gender earnings differentials are found to vary wjthin occupations, which contributes to the overall gender earnings gap in this country. So that, this paper work has to prove that exist the influences of employment, unemployment and life expectancy based on gender diversification have a tight connection in influence the Malaysian economic development. The data which is used are the time series data for 26 years beginning 1980 to 2006 with E-Views which known as Equation System namely 'Seeminghly Unrelated Regression' (SUR).
