Abstract: The study of job satisfaction on PTD officers is conducted to identify the level of job satisfaction based on the prediction factors that determine it. These factors comprise four dimensions, namely financial, rewards, leadership and organizational environment. This study analyses the relationship between the job satisfaction determiners on job satisfaction. Besides, this study also determine the "dominant predictors" towards job satisfaction based on the variables that determine job satisfaction. The comparison of the job satisfaction of PTD officers Grade M52 and below is examined based on the selected demographic factors.
