| Abstract: | This study was carried out to isolate and identify bacteria associated with sea cucumber, Holothuria edulis, to produce polysaccharide from the identified bacteria and to determine the sugar component in the polysaccharides. The Holothuria edulis was collected from Bidong's island, Terengganu. |
