Abstract:	Insurance or Takaful in Islam means "guaranteeing each other". It represents the concept of insurance based on mutual co-operation and solidarity of people by participating in a takaful scheme. It tries to satisfy the need of insurers (ie., the clients) by providing insurance that complies to Islamic law or Shariah.
