Abstract:	A study on the site-specific ily ofmonogene an Pseudorhabdosynochus latesi in the gills o f Lates calcarifer (Bloch) had been carried out. These fish were obtained from sea bass cage culture in (long Batu, Setiit, Terengganu. About 60 fish were studied ; 30 fish from contaminated water and 30 more fish from uncontaminated water.
