Abstract: | The development of smart anticorrosion coatings provides a great alternative to highly toxic chromate-based conversion coatings. One such example of smart anticorrosion coatings incorporates the hybrid nanocomposite of organic conducting polymers and inorganic nanoparticles as anticorrosive additives for enhanced corrosion protection. |
