Persampelan sedimen menggunakan grab 'Smith McIntyre' dengan bukaan 0.05 meter persegi. Penentuan tekstur sedimen , kepadatan, kepelbagaian spesis dan kandungan karbon organik telah dijalankan ke atas semua sampel tanah yang diambil.en_US
