The study was done on Mytus nemurus fish in The Tasik Kenyir Reservior. 37 fishes were examined in order to obtain digenean parasite infecting the Mystus nemurus fish and to determine prevalence, mean intensity of digeneans found. The morphological description of the digeneans was also done. The digeneans that were in stomach and intestine have the same morphological structures. So, most probably they are from Euhaplorchis sp. The prevalence and mean intensity of the digenean parasites were high in the intestine of the fish compared to the stomach of the fish. The composition of the digeneans also showed that the digeneans have site specificity at the anterior part of the intestine; site A. Factors like environment, physicology of the digeneans and morphology of the fish probably influence the accumulation of the parasite in Mytus nemurus. Histology part also was done to see the digenean group in the small intestine of the fishes. It was observed that the infection of the digeneans to the Mystus nemurus was not related to the total length of the fish.en_US
