A study was conducted to identify the manogenean parasite species infecting Mystus nemurus from cage culture in Terengganu River. Samples were collected from cage culture in Terengganu River. Sampling was done four times; during monsoon season in November and after monsoon season in January. The mean intensity and prevalence of parasites infestation for both season was compared. The mean intensity in the two seasons shows a very different number where it is higher after monsoon season. The relationship between length of host fish and the number of parasites was made separately in the two seasons. In both season, the results show that the bigger the fish, more number of monogenea were found. The descriptions of the species that were made based on previous studies, suggested that this species belongs to genus Cornudiscoides.en_US
