dc.description.abstractThe study of endoparasite is looking for nematode in Threambin bream (Pentapodus Setosus) or in Malay is called Anjang-anjang. These fish were bought from fishermen at Pulau Kambing, Terengganu. All fishes were examined and nematodes found in the intestine, pyloric ceaca and liver. Nematode found was Spirocamallanus species. The Spirocamallanus spp prevalence is 90% and mean intensity is 6.28. Spirocamallanus spp is dark red in color when collected alive. The female Spirocamallanus is bigger than the male. The buccal capsule continues and not separated with basal ring. It is has an anterior region with 12-13 ridges. This species also has muscular and glandular esophagus. The measurement of female body length is 30.57 x 0.54 mm, buccal capsule is 0.09 x 0.07 mm, muscular esophagus is 0.54 x 0.08 mm, and glandular esophagus is 0.81 x 0.1. While for male, their body length is 18.79 x 0.30 mm, buccal capsule is 0.08 x 0.07 mm, muscular esophagus is 0.43 x 0.07 mm and glandular esophagus is 0.65 x 0.09 mm.en_US
