| Abstract: | The ultimate objective of this research is to develop a model to explain the relationship between emotional intelligence and societal orientation, as well as to identify specific emotional intelligence and societal orientation factors, which are possibly relevant for application and further research to create superior public health care service. Data were collected from 307 health personnel who worked at three different hospitals in the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia. |
