This study was conducted at Pulau Musang, Terengganu. A total of 30 fishes were examined in order to obtain the ectoparasites infecting fish from cage culture and to determine the prevalence and mean intensity of ectoparasite found. Only Bychowskyella sp. was found in this research. The prevalence of Bychowskyella sp. found is 86. 7 % and the mean intensity is 6.69 individuals per fish. The Bychowskyella sp. found on various sites of the gills. The gills were divided into four parts which was the first, second, third and fourth gill. Then, the gills were examined under microscope and Bychowskyella sp. was stained with glycerine jelly. The parasite samples were drawn using Camera Lucida to see the detail morphology. The water quality was the main factor to cause fish has parasite and get the disease. So, the farmers must control the water quality in cage culture to decrease the number of fish deaths caused by the disease.en_US
